USING OUR APPLICATION
You may use our Application only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain technical and analytical data may be collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
Kundlio offers optional paid features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases, processed through Google Play (or Apple's App Store where the app is offered on iOS). Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented in the app before purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Google or Apple according to their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds for Google Play or App Store purchases.
- Free trials. Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Kundlio may include AI-assisted readings, compatibility interpretations, and answers to questions about your chart. These are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of any questions, notes, or profile data you enter into the Application. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you (for example, syncing across your devices and generating AI-assisted readings).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your information. By using or accessing the Application, you agree that we can collect and use such content and information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use our Application for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
